The G Vibe 200 is a powerful vertical vibration plate designed for use in the home. It is compact but capable of producing a gravitational force of 5.5g.

The G Vibe 200 carries a lot of the professional programming from Globus' professional vibration plates and gives you semi-professional performance, at an extremely competitive price.

It is very easy to use with a standard set of programmes and one free programme where you can alter all of the parameters yourself.

You can vary the vibration frequency from 15 to 55 Hz to make the gravitational stress more effective.

With the G Vibe 200 you can carry out 6 pre-planned circuits of 12 cycles each to obtain specific outcomes. Each circuit has exercises with different intensities and follows a logical sequence.

For each circuit, a chart showing the various positions to adopt is supplied. The chart also shows the working and resting time. The circuits are as follows:

The Physio Plate Gold is our top of the range and is designed for use in gyms and fitness centres although a lot of people do buy them for home use. If you want the very best vibration platform in the world get the My Gold.

The Wave Wellness is our mid-range product and has the touch screen technology of the Physio Plate Gold but with a less powerful motor and fewer programmes. The Wave Wellness is considered ideal for semi-professional use - it is durable enough for use in fitness centres but appeals most to the demanding home user.

The GVibe 200 is designed purely for home use. It is one of the best value vibration plates on the market and has a good range of programmes but you will need to set your own parameters as there is no programmable touchscreen control.

Shipping Vibration Plates

Vibration plates are VERY heavy. Because of that we use specialist shippers to transport them to you. We usually ship in two parts for you to assemble at home. Make sure that when it arrives you know exactly where you want ot to go.

Within the UK, shipping rates are based on weight and vary from £1.95 for small, light items like pinhole glasses up to £7.95 for a large, heavy items like a Water Distiller.
